Play sessions

• Book by the table

  Each table seats up to three grown-ups. Coming as a bigger group? Book more than one.

• Little ones counted separately

  Tell us how many children are coming when you book: babies under 6 months, and children 6 months and over.

• Paying for your visitYour children’s play session is paid securely online when you book (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Food and drinks are paid for at the cafe.
• Tables held for up to 15 minutesIf you don’t attend, or arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting the café, we may release your table. Missed sessions are not refundable, though we may agree otherwise at our discretion.
• Need to change or cancel?Changes or moves can be made online up to 24 hours before your session, using the Manage my booking link you get when you book. You can cancel online at any time before your session starts. If your booking is within 24 hours and you need to change it, please contact The Playdate Cafe directly by email at info@theplaydatecafe.co.uk or through our social media channels. We’ll respond as soon as reasonably possible, but we can’t guarantee an immediate response, and waiting for a reply doesn’t extend any deadline.
• Socks for everyoneAll children and adults in the play areas must wear socks. No bare feet or shoes in the play zones.
